My Refund Policy is Pretty Simple:

I take refunds on a piece by piece basis depending on the reason. I am incredibly easy to work with and will do everything in my power to make things right if you're unsatisfied with your piece. If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will do everything I can to make sure you are happy with your experience. I don't make cash refunds on custom pieces, I will work with you prior to completion of the piece to make sure you're happy with it before I ship it.

If something does occur in shipping I will work with the insurance provider and either refund your money or make you a new piece.
